New roof for another church

We are getting close to the end of this year and to the end of the “building season”. The rains are just about to start full force. 2015 has been a good year; we have build 2 churches from scratch and repaired two roofs. More than that, we have temporarily fixed 11 more roofs, and they should last until next year.

This week we have started the work at Madziko Baptist Church in the village of Malewa. I visited this church some time back and their pastor, Brother Mackson, is attending our yearly Pastor’s Conferences.

Sadly, some minor health issues have kept me home or close to home, and only Stanley was able to go and take the materials. His camera’s batteries were weak and he only managed to snap two photos. Since I visited this church in July, I have some extra photos that show the condition of the church and of the roof.

Here are the two photos taken by Stanley:

And now some photos taken by me a while back.

My plan is to finish this project as soon as possible, because the big, torential rains are just about to start.

Pray for us!
Pray for Malawi!
